How to feed your Mum this Mother's Day

If you are looking to show your Mum just how much you care this Mother's Day, we have you covered with these great recipe ideas.


You can serve her up breakfast in bed with delicious Belgian Waffles topped with berries a nutritious Smoothie Bowl or Berries on French Toast!



To make the Belgian Waffles topped with berries all you need is:

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  • 400g Sujon frozen berries of your choice

  • 4 Belgian Waffles

Method:

Bring maple syrup to the boil in a small saucepan. Add the berries, stir gently to combine and cook for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

Toast waffles until hot and golden. Place onto serving plates and spoon over the berries and syrup.


Maybe your hosting her for morning or afternoon tea. This Blueberry, Yoghurt and Lime Cake is bound to impress.


You could invite her around for lunch or dinner and serve a Strawberry Feta and Almond Salad or Mango Chicken Curry. If you are feeling adventurous fire up the BBQ and try making these tempting Burger or Salsa recipes.



For dessert you can't go wrong with a Cheesecake or the classic Chocolate lava cake!
