Looking for a refreshing yet satisfying salad?
This recipe is simple to make and the flavours work so well together.
2 large handfuls of baby spinach or salad greens of your choice
1 cup of Sujon Strawberries (defrosted)
½ cup chopped feta cheese
½ cup slithered almonds
2-3 Spring onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup Olive oil
¾ cup Sujon Strawberries
¼ cup water
S & P for taste
Blend dressing ingredients together in a nutri-bullet or blender and serve dressed on top of the salad.
Throw all salad ingredients into a bowl and enjoy a fresh, sweet and crunchy salad.
Serves: 2 full or 4 side salads
