Shipping & Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate.
Sujon uses New Zealand Post, (www.nzpost.co.nz) or PBT Couriers (www.pbt.com) for delivery within New Zealand. Delivery is generally completed within 2-5 business days, subject to availability of stock. Rural and remote deliveries can take up to 7 working days. If you require urgent delivery please tell us and we will do our best to accommodate this.
For international delivery (outside of New Zealand) we use New Zealand Post’s “International Air" or DHL (www.dhl.com).
Due to COVID-19 we are finding deliveries are taking longer than usual, please bear with us our freight partners are working as hard as they can. If you can please allow 25 - 60 working days for delivery of international parcels. "International Air” DOES NOT HAVE TRACK AND TRACE. If you require this, please specifically request this with your delivery instructions. Otherwise Sujon takes no responsibility for goods not reaching the destination requested by you.
Delivery charges
For local and international delivery, charges will be calculated and advised at time of ordering. Please accept that we unable to refund any cost for delivery that you may have paid unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed damaged before receipt by you.
Product Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We undertake to reimburse you fully should you be dissatisfied with the product or for any product delivered to you that is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a damaged product, you must notify us through our designated "contact us" webpage or by email to info@sujon.co.nz within 30 days from date of us dispatching the goods to you. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card (according to the original payment) for the amount initially debited for the purchase.
Please note we are not responsible for any damage inflicted on the goods after delivery to you unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.
If you are an international customer (ordering for delivery outside of New Zealand), it is your responsibility to comply with the regulations of the country you are importing into. You therefore agree and acknowledge that you have reviewed the contents of your order and you agree and acknowledge that it contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of delivery. You, also as the buyer, solely, accept the full risk of any goods (or part of goods) being detained by customs for whatever reason, and you agree and acknowledge that you will not hold Sujon liable for such goods, for whatever reason, not being able to be delivered. In such a case, no refund will be given.
Product Descriptions
We endeavour to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any error we will correct it as soon as possible. Images may also be subject to error and are only provided for illustrative purposes. We do not guarantee that any image will always reproduce in true colour or fully represent accurate product design.
Orders for Product
Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By proceeding to purchase through our Website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
We try to ensure that our product list is always current; however this may not always be possible and so we do not undertake that the products advertised on our Website will always be available.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
We will do our best to confirm your order within seven (7) days. If we have not responded to you within that seven (7) day period, your offer is deemed to be rejected. If we so reject your offer, we are not obliged to give you reasons but it is most likely the product you are requesting is out of stock.

Payments and Security
Delivery of the product(s) you order are set out above. However Title and ownership in the product(s) only passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are that you pay for the goods when you order; therefore we will charge your credit card for payment when you order. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods we may cancel the order.
Our products are priced in New Zealand dollars, international customers will therefore need to specify this when paying by credit card.
