1. Berry Parfait - Sue's favourite way to showcase the berries at home!

Layer Boysenberries into a tall parfait glass, sprinkle with a little bit of icing sugar and allow to thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. When ready to serve top with a scoop of ice-cream and sprinkle over chocolate flakes.

For a lighter breakfast option you can instead layer Sujon berries of your choice with Greek yoghurt and drizzle of honey. Top with granola for added crunch and flavour.
