Delicious and Nutritious: How to Make Your Own Blueberry Hemp Granola at Home



Ingredients:

·        2 cups Oats

·        1/2 cup sliced Almonds

·        1/2 cup walnuts (Almonds & walnuts can be substituted for any nuts/seeds)

·        1/2 cup dried fruits

·        1/4 cup Hemp seeds

·        1/4 cup Hemp oil (can use other oils)

·        1/4 cup Maple syrup

·        1 tsp Cinnamon

·        3 tsp Sujon berries Blueberry powder

·        1 tsp Vanilla extract


Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan.

Mix together oats, nuts, seeds & fruit together in a bowl. In a separate bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine. Pour over the oat mixture and mix to fully coat in the liquid mix. Add to a lined baking tray and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. After the first ten minutes take out and mix around then continue doing this every 5 minutes until finished cooking.


Serve immediately or store in a jar for up to 5 days.
