Layered Mango Chia Pudding

Ingredients:


For the Chia Pudding:

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, or regular milk)

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (optional: honey or maple syrup)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


For the Mango Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen Sujon Mango chunks, blended into a puree

  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice (optional, for added brightness)


Toppings (optional):

  • Sujon frozen Mango chunks

  • Coconut flakes

  • Granola

  • Mint leaves


Instructions:


Step 1: Prepare the Chia Pudding

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together milk, chia seeds, sweetener, and vanilla extract.

  2. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens.


Step 2: Make the Mango Layer

  1. Blend Sujon mango chunks into a smooth puree. If desired, mix in lime juice.

  2. Keep the mango puree refrigerated until ready to assemble.


Step 3: Assemble the Layers

  1. In a glass or jar, spoon a layer of mango puree at the bottom.

  2. Add a layer of chia pudding on top.

  3. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, ending with mango puree on top for a vibrant finish.


Step 4: Add Toppings

  1. Garnish with Sujon frozen mango chunks, coconut flakes, granola, or mint leaves for extra texture and flavor.


Top tips:

  • Use clear glasses or jars to show off the beautiful layers.

  • For a tropical twist, mix a bit of coconut cream into the mango puree.

  • Create more layers by adding additional fruits like Strawberries, or Blueberries.
