Dazzle the eye and thrill the palate!

Sujon Blueberry and Basil Syrup with Grilled Fruits and Coconut Yoghurt.

The creator of this dish Jana Macpherson described this as a plate of deliciousness and we couldn't agree more.

Blueberry and Basil syrup; served with coconut yoghurt, grilled white nectarines, pineapple and mango.

INGREDIENTS 2.5 cups @sujonberries Blueberries 1 cup water 1 cup white sugar 20 leaves of basil 3 tablespoons of lemon juice

METHOD Simmer all ingredients in a pot for around 5-8 mins. Using a sieve, strain into a glass bottle and reserve blueberries for garnish (or to eat!)
